Introduction to CORE

CORE is the acronym for Centre for Real Estate Research. CORE was set up with the objective of providing opportunities for real estate academics, professionals and students access to latest information, knowledge, data and research relating to real estate.

CORE aims to achieve its objectives by forging closer links with the real estate industry, government departments, ministries through research collaborations and consultancy projects. The Centre also aims to foster multi-discipline and cross-professions/bodies for research collaborations. CORE coordinates research activities and provides a platform for intellectual exchange.


Vision

To be the centre for real estate research, training and consultancy in the ASEAN Region. Through research and industry linkages, CORE develops innovative solutions to help practitioners and assist in formulating government policies.


Mission

To provide opportunities for real estate academics, professionals and practitioners and real estate postgraduate and undergraduates access to latest information, knowledge, data and research relating to real estate.

CORE strives to be the leading centre for real estate research and excels nationally as a centre for urban economics and public policy real estate research.
