Upon tremendous responses shown by researchers involving behavioural studies on Asians living in both Asian and non-Asian countries presented during the AcE-Bs / AicE-Bs conferences held since 2009, the formation of ABRA, an international organisation is considered necessary and timely.

The official Formative Meeting  of ABRA was held in conjunction with AicE-Bs 2010 Kuching, on 8th December 2010. The main genda for the meeting was to introduce about ABRA and it's main objectives. Current local contacts worldwide are represented from 8 countries.

ABRA Membership Form can be downloaded here. Please return the form together with proof of payment and CV so that we can keep you posted. All applications shall be processed within 24 hours upon submission.

Due to logistics, administrative and financial reasons, ABRA is currently and temporarily placed under the care of the Centre for Environment-Behaviour Studies (cE-Bs), Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying (FAPS), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The activities of ABRA  are currently twinned with that of AMER, which are organised by AMER's Committee Members.

One benefit in becoming members of ABRA is the huge discount given to members who attend forthcoming activities to be organised by cE-Bs / AMER / ABRA. The discount given to members would more than pay back members’ annual fees.

ABRA Annual Subcription Fees 2013/2014

 

The Annual Subscription Fees shall commence with the 2013/2014 session. The amount payable is the same amount as the Membership Fees, as decided and approved by members during AMER's AGM No. 1,  Members who wish to continue reaping the benefits of being a registered member should should update their info and make payments latest by 31 January 2013, as per the Constitution.
